Happy Wednesday, Walnut Creek!

💡 Did you know: By 1862 the establishment of a U.S. post office allowed the town to be officially recognized as Walnut Creek?

Which feels fitting, since we’re still delivering local updates… just a little faster these days.

In today’s edition:

  • Cacao & Sound Healing Experience

  • Chamber Music at St. Paul’s

  • Momentum Walnut Creek

  • WCEF x Melo’s Community Night

Let’s get to it.

A Co‑Led Cacao & Sound Healing Experience

Heartspace Journey

Some weeks call for dinner reservations. Other weeks call for something that helps your nervous system unclench.

Heartspace Journey at Rooted Coffee blends ceremonial cacao with guided sound healing in a cozy downtown setting that invites you to slow down. The evening begins with a warm cup of cacao, traditionally used to promote clarity and connection, followed by a sound bath experience using crystal bowls and calming tones designed to help you reset.

It is less a “big event” and a more of an intimate pause. You sit, breathe, listen, and let the vibrations do their thing. Whether you are brand new to sound healing or already own a yoga mat collection, this kind of midweek plan offers something different from the usual dinner and scroll routine.
